What are the Terms of Service?
This document describes in detail your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Service and the operation TouchBux.com website, so please review these Terms carefully.
Will these Terms of Service ever change?
Changes in these Terms of Service are almost certain to happen, due to changes in our Services and system. If we make a change, we`ll do our best to provide you with advance notice, although in some situations, such as where a change is required to satisfy applicable legal requirements, an update to these Terms may need to be effective immediately. We`ll announce changes here at our site, and we also may elect to notify you of changes by sending an email to the address you have provided to us. We will also try to explain the reasons for the change.
If we do update these Terms, you are free to decide whether to accept the updated terms or to stop using our Service. For clarity, email or other communications will not constitute an effective written agreement for this purpose.
1. User Account
1.1. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keep it safe is your responsibility, we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Perfect Money, Bitcoin or Payeer accounts which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.4. Only one account per device is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single device view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.5. You can only register only one account from one IP address and device. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. TouchBux.com will not modify user account information based on user request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.
1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
1.9. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
2.1. You may refer up to 500 direct referrals depending on the membership.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. Any kind of false advertising will not be tolerated. Also you cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. TouchBux does not accept PTC Refback and PTSU programs, you are not allowed to pay anyone to work for you, if not your referral will be removed, you will be punished by deduction of the Account Balance, even suspension of your account.
2.5. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.6. As TouchBux.com members yor can rent up to 2000 referrals depending on the membership.
2.7. TouchBux.com is not responsible for referral activity and can`t predict there clicks avg, and by renting referrals you are fully aware of that.
2.8. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
2.9. Required 10 clicks daily to generate income from referrals.
3.1. As a member of TouchBux.com you can view, create or reply to other members' posts in areas where your account is allowed.
3.2. New topics must be posted in properly regulations place.
3.3. When writing posts on general forums, you are only allowed to use English. Topics and posts using languages other than English are only allowed in a forum dedicated to that language.
3.4. You have the right to express your opinion as long as it does not offend other members.
3.5 Any ideas intended to counter or depredit the TouchBux.com (including admin, moderators, and support staff) on the TouchBux.com forum or anywhere without providing concrete evidence. This will result in your account being suspended immediately.
3.6. We do not accept topics or posts related to politics, religion or race. The use of inappropriate words to defame any entity or individual on the TouchBux.com forum is not allowed.
3.7. Violation of terms 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 will lead to suspension of forum usage, even disabled your account.
3.8. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to TouchBux.com its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered an offense and are strictly prohibited.
3.9. The forum is not for advertising purposes, we are not allow links or banners in signatures.
3.10. For trolling on our forum member will be banned immediately.
4.1. You, as member, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
4.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses TouchBux.com name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 5 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
4.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
5. Anti-cheat Policy
5.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
5.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
5.3. You can`t use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.
5.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
5.5. Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be canceled.
6. Payments to Users
6.1. All payments will be made via Perfect Money, Bitcoin or Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can request an unlimited amount to be paid only to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
6.2. You are not allowed to send your money to another person’s payment processor account, even if they are your family members. We only know the account holder of TouchBux.com and your full name must match the full name on the payment processor account. Also due to security reasons, payment processor’s ID used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor’s ID used for deposit.
6.3. In case you have used multiple accounts within a single payment processor to make deposits, you can cash out to the account that you made the biggest deposit from. Again if there are equal deposits, you can have unlimited cashouts to either of them.
6.4. Payments will be processed within 3 business day (usually 4-12 hours).
6.5. The minimum withdrawal amount is $3 for the first cashout. Maximum single cashout up to $100 depending on membership.
6.6. Payment system can be deducted their a fee from withdrawal amount.
6.7. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
6.8. You must have a correct and existing Perfect Money, Bitcoin or Payeer accounts ID. All payments will go directly to that user's account ID and cannot be canceled.
6.9. Any refunds by you of any payments we send you will be ignored and they won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
6.10. For security reasons, TouchBux.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from a member.
6.11. For security reasons, withdrawals will be blocked for 48 hours after add or change payment details.
6.12. Members from Vietnam, Bangladesh and India must deposit and be upgraded to receive payment.
6.13. Posting your payment proof screenshot in Payment Proofs section of forum is a must before requesting your next cashout. If this condition is not met, your next cashout request will not be processed until the condition is met.
6.14. Non investors can not withdraw funds through Bitcoin. Otherwise, your withdrawal request will be cancelled and returned to your Account Balance.
6.15. Any attempts for manipulating the system can result in suspension of your account.
7. Payments to TouchBux.com
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at Dashboard in Add Funds section. No other method of payment will be accepted.
7.2. All payments are non-refundable because they concern services provided at the time of the purchase. Should you have any issues with any of your purchases, you can contact our support by creating a support ticket.
7.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. This suspension will be then evaluated depending on and according to the causes that led to it.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. All purchased items are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered upon purchase, We document records of all orders, transactions, devices and ip addresses.
8.2. In case user opens dispute against TouchBux.com for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and devices/ip addresses being banned from our platforms.
9. Account Suspension
9.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
9.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
9.5. We won`t delete user`s accounts upon users request for any reason wither if they are active, terminated or suspended.
10.1. TouchBux.com will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to TouchBux.com and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. TouchBux.com reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3. TouchBux.com will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
10.4. TouchBux.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It`s your responsibility to declare what you`ve received and pay your country`s taxes.
